Terms of Service

Two short documents in one place: the customer terms that govern booking a wash, and the WashMyT Pro Network partnership terms for wash pros.

Effective date: May 16, 2026

Heads up: these terms describe the agreement in plain English. They are provided for transparency and are not legal advice. If you rely on them for compliance, please have your own attorney review them.

Part 1 — Customer Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By booking a wash on WashMyT.com ("WashMyT", "we", "us"), you ("you", "customer") agree to these Customer Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we do

WashMyT operates a platform that matches Tesla owners with independent, vetted Wash Professionals ("Wash Pros") who deliver a mobile hand wash, foam cannon, and optional detail at your address. The Wash Pro provides the wash; WashMyT facilitates the booking, payment, communication, and quality standards.

3. Booking and payment

  • Pricing is shown at the time of booking and is based on your Tesla model and chosen package. Premium-tier pricing applies to Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck.
  • We require at least 48 hours' advance notice for new bookings.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of booking confirmation or, in some cases, after the wash is complete. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled wash.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the wash price to compensate the Wash Pro for held time.
  • If we cancel your wash (weather, Wash Pro unavailability, etc.), we'll refund the full amount or reschedule, your choice.
  • If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we'll make it right under the WashMyT Guarantee® — typically a redo or partial refund at our discretion.

5. On wash day

  • Park your Tesla in an accessible spot, ideally shaded. Wash Pros typically need access to a water spigot and an electrical outlet (you'll tell us during booking if you have these).
  • Please remove or secure any valuables from the vehicle if you've ordered the interior detail.
  • The Wash Pro will notify you when they arrive and again when the wash is complete so you can do a walk-around.

6. Liability

WashMyT and the Wash Pros are insured for the work performed. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, WashMyT's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the wash giving rise to the claim. WashMyT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for damage to vehicles that predates the wash.

7. Conduct

Treat your Wash Pro with respect. Threats, harassment, or unsafe conditions are grounds for the Wash Pro to leave without completing the wash, with no refund.

8. Disputes

You agree to first contact team@washmyt.com to attempt an informal resolution. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in the United States; you waive any right to participate in a class action against WashMyT.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Part 2 — WashMyT Pro Network Terms

The terms below apply if you have applied or been accepted to join the WashMyT Pro Network as an independent Wash Pro. These terms supplement, and do not replace, the separate Independent Business Partner Agreement you signed when joining.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in your region to join the WashMyT Pro Network.

2. Service standards

You agree to provide high-quality, professional detailing services to all clients referred by WashMyT. You will maintain a courteous and respectful attitude at all times.

3. Compliance

You are responsible for maintaining all required business licenses, insurance, and permits as required by law in your area.

4. Liability

WashMyT is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your services. You agree to hold WashMyT harmless from any claims related to your work.

5. Payments

You will be paid according to the terms set by WashMyT. All payments for services rendered must be processed through the WashMyT platform.

6. Code of conduct

You agree to follow all WashMyT policies and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal from the network.

7. Agreement

By joining the WashMyT Pro Network, you agree to these Terms of Service and any future updates communicated by WashMyT.
